RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Overview At Freedom Pits, we take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns. However, if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we're here to make it right.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- Damage must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date
- You must provide photo evidence of both the damaged shipping box and the damaged item(s)
- The damage must be a direct result of shipping — not normal wear or misuse
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at Sales@freedompits.com with the subject line: "Damaged Order – [Your Order Number]"
- Include clear photos of the damaged box and item(s)
- We will review your request within 3–5 business days
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion
Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to issue refunds for:
- Damage reported after 7 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
- Missing photo documentation
