SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected at our discretion based on your location and order size.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Expedited Shipping If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at Sales@freedompits.com before placing your order. Additional charges will apply and will be confirmed prior to shipment.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays Freedom Pits is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Sales@freedompits.com and we will do our best to assist.
